Breathing Exercise

The easiest way for breathing during meditation or for raising your vibration is:                                                  

1. Make sure you are in a comfortable chair or lying comfortably, always try to make it in the same place at the same time, Spirit like familiarity, this also includes the clothes you wear.

2. Make sure the atmosphere is right.  Relaxing music, not one you want to sing to, do not put on a tape with water running if this makes you feel like going to the toilet.  Always take time to consider what music is best for you.  If you are having difficulty meditating the music could be part of the problem.

3. Lighting should also be what is best for you, either with a dim light, no light or maybe a lamp.

4. Try to make sure you will not get disturbed, unplug the phone, and make sure the kids will not disturb you, lock the front door and close the windows.  Although it is best to meditate when it is quiet it is also beneficial if you are able to meditate with a lot of noises or disturbances.  The reason it is best to meditate with noise is if you are in a church, people make a lot of noises and if you are not use to working this way you will not be able to work to your best abilities and possibly you may not be able to work at all.

5. Breathing, when taking in a deep breath through your nose can enhance meditation or your link.  Breathe in deeply through your nose to the count of five, (this may vary from person to person).  Hold your breath for the count of five, then release slowly through mouth to the count of five.  Only do these exercise two or three times then go back to normal breathing.  This may take a few times before you get use to breathing this way, you will find this method takes you deeper, quicker.

If you are starting a reading do you’re breathing exercise (part 5), this raises your vibration quicker and strengthens the link.  If during a reading you find your link is fading do your breathing exercise a couple of times and it should get you back on track, if the breathing exercise doesn’t help it is possible the energy is going.

Some people use meditation to go to sleep at night, although I don't do this personally it can not do any harm but I would strongly suggest saying a prayer when you wake up.
